Terms of reserving
Terms for reserving a ride to or from RDU
These terms apply when you use this website or ask our Raleigh desk to arrange a car between an address in the Triangle and Raleigh-Durham International Airport. They set out who does which part of the job, how a fixed rate is set and paid, what the rate covers, and what happens when a plan changes. Sending a request means you accept them for that ride.

1. Three parties to every ride
Each reservation involves three parties. You are the rider, or the person who makes the request for the riders. We are CCE Global Travels LLC, 5440 Wade Park Blvd, Suite 102, Raleigh, NC 27607, the company behind this website, and we run the reservation desk in Raleigh that receives your request and arranges the ride. A car company based in the Triangle supplies the vehicle and the driver and carries out the trip.
Your contract for the ride itself is with that car company. Our part is to arrange it accurately and to pass your details on correctly.
2. What our desk handles for you
When a request arrives, we check with a car company that a vehicle of the class you need is free for your date and time. We then reply with the fixed rate, the vehicle class and the pickup time. Once you confirm, we place the ride with that car company.
Before the day, you receive the car company's name and telephone number, a description of the vehicle and the driver's first name. Every ride we arrange begins or ends at RDU on the day of a flight.
3. Quotes and fixed rates
Rates on our pricing page are starting points, stated per car, one way. The exact fixed rate for your ride is confirmed with you before you reserve, and it does not rise because of traffic or the hour of the day or night. A round trip is two one-way rates added together.
A quote may change before you confirm it if the details change: a different address or town, more riders or bags than the class allows, a different vehicle class, an added stop or a child seat. Any such change is written into a fresh quote for you to accept or decline.
4. Paying the car company in the car
Nothing is paid on this website, and our form never asks for card details. You pay the car company the fixed rate shown in your confirmation at the end of the ride, by card or cash in the car. Our desk is paid by the car company for each ride we place, so your fare does not carry a separate charge from us.
Gratuity is your choice. It is not part of the fixed rate, and whatever you give goes to the driver.
5. Waiting time and extra stops
On arrivals, up to 45 minutes of waiting are included, counted from the actual landing time. The car company follows your flight number to know that time. On departures, the driver waits up to 15 minutes at your door.
Any extra charge is stated in your quote before you confirm:
- Waiting beyond the included time: $10 for each further 15 minutes.
- An extra stop on the way: $15 per stop.
- A child seat supplied by the car company: $10 per seat per ride.
6. Children and seats in the car
North Carolina law requires the driver to secure every child with a suitable restraint or seat belt, and young children in a seat that fits their age and weight. Please give the age and weight of each child in your request and say whether you will bring your own seat.
If the car company cannot supply a seat for your date, we tell you when we quote, and you bring one. A driver may decline to start a ride when a child cannot be secured as the law requires.
7. Riders and luggage per vehicle class
Each class has a firm limit, set so that everyone has a seat belt and the trunk closes. One carry-on bag for each rider fits in every class.
- Sedan: up to 3 riders and 3 checked bags.
- SUV: up to 5 riders and 5 checked bags.
- Van: up to 10 riders and 10 checked bags.
If more people or bags turn up than you reserved for, the driver may be unable to take them all, and a larger vehicle may not be free at short notice.
8. Conduct during the ride
Riders wear seat belts, keep the car clean and treat the driver with courtesy. Smoking, open alcohol and anything unsafe or unlawful are not allowed in the car. A driver may end or refuse a ride when a rider's behavior puts people or the vehicle at risk, and the car company may then charge the fixed rate. Cleaning costs for damage or heavy soiling are a matter between you and the car company.
9. Changes, cancellations and missed pickups
Reserving takes no card, and our desk charges nothing to cancel. To cancel or change, telephone us or reply to your confirmation. Canceling before the car is dispatched costs nothing; dispatch happens 90 minutes before your door time, or 3 hours before for vans; for an arrival pickup it is counted from the scheduled landing time. After dispatch, the car company may charge half the fixed rate, as your confirmation states.
On an arrival, if nobody meets the driver by the end of the included wait, the car company may charge the full fixed rate. When we cannot find a car for your time, we tell you and you owe nothing. Details sit on our cancellation policy page.
10. Delays outside anyone's control
Snow, ice, heavy rain, road closures, crashes on I-40 or other routes, and restrictions set at the airport can hold up a ride. When a winter storm is forecast, we contact riders with rides the next morning on the evening before. Neither our desk nor the car company is responsible for lateness caused by events like these, and we will work with you and the car company to find a later time where one is possible.
11. What our desk answers for
We answer for our own work: reading your request correctly, quoting clearly and passing accurate details to the car company. If we make an error in that work, we will put it right as far as we reasonably can, which may include arranging another car.
The car company answers for the vehicle, the driver and the ride. We are not responsible for a missed flight, lost property left in a car or costs that follow from a late arrival, except where North Carolina law says otherwise. Nothing in these terms removes rights that law gives you.
12. Resolving a problem or dispute
Please contact us first through our contact page or by writing to reserve@cceglobaltravels.com. Most problems are settled by a message or a call, and we will take up any complaint about a ride with the car company for you.
If a dispute cannot be settled that way, these terms are governed by the law of North Carolina, and the courts of Wake County hear the matter.
13. Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time and will post the revised text on this page. The version in place when you confirm a ride is the one that applies to that ride.
14. Words and pictures on this site
The text, the rate tables, the drawn marks and the images on this site belong to CCE Global Travels LLC and may not be copied for another business without written permission.
If you believe something here uses material you own, write to reserve@cceglobaltravels.com or to the Raleigh office at the address in the footer, name the page and the material, and the desk will answer within ten business days.
Before you confirm
Every figure agreed ahead of the ride
Your quote lists the fixed rate per car, one way, plus any extra stop, seat or waiting charge. You see all of it and accept it before we place the ride with the car company.
+1 (919) 859-4718Our telephone keeps the airport's clock: it is staffed every day from 4:00 am Eastern Time, ahead of the first departures, until the last scheduled arrival of the night is on the ground. For a pickup before 4:00 am, the car company's number in your confirmation reaches the driver's dispatcher. Requests sent through the website form are received 24/7.
