Site and ride access
Accessibility when reserving a ride on this website
This page explains how the website is built for people using screen readers, keyboards or enlarged text, and what we still have to test. It also covers how to reserve a ride to or from Raleigh-Durham International Airport by telephone, and how to tell the desk about a folding wheelchair or a service animal so the car company sends a vehicle that fits.

How the pages are built
Each page carries one main heading and then subheadings in order, so a screen reader can list them and jump between sections. Rate tables mark the zone and the vehicle class as header cells. Link text says where the link goes.
- Every field on the ride request form has a visible label tied to it in the code, and required fields say so in words rather than by color alone.
- Every link, button and field can be reached with the Tab key, and the focus outline stays visible.
- Body text and its background are chosen for a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1.
- Text can be enlarged to 200 percent in the browser without cutting off words or forcing sideways scrolling.
- Nothing on the site moves, blinks or expires on a timer.
What we have not tested yet
We have checked the pages with a keyboard alone and with browser zoom. Full sessions with every screen reader and phone combination are still ahead, and some photo descriptions may be thin. If a page reads out of order, please tell us.
Reserving by telephone instead of the form
You can skip the form entirely. Call the number printed on every page and give your flight number, pickup address, riders and bags. The person on the line checks availability with the car company and reads back the fixed rate, vehicle class and pickup time. For a ride within the next 12 hours, telephone.
Wheelchairs, walkers and service animals
Say in the request or on the call if a rider uses a folding wheelchair or walker and whether the rider moves from the chair to a car seat. The desk then asks the car company for a vehicle with enough trunk room, often an SUV or a van. A service animal rides with its handler; mention it so the car has floor space. Any change of vehicle class and rate is stated before you confirm.
Reporting a barrier on the site
If something on the site stops you, write to reserve@cceglobaltravels.com or call, and say which page, what you were trying to do and what device you use. We reply with a fix or another way to finish your reservation.
Tell us what you need
Room for a chair or animal
Add a note about a folding wheelchair, a walker or a service animal to your request. The desk passes it to the car company and confirms the vehicle class and the fixed rate per car, one way, before you reserve.
+1 (919) 859-4718Our telephone keeps the airport's clock: it is staffed every day from 4:00 am Eastern Time, ahead of the first departures, until the last scheduled arrival of the night is on the ground. For a pickup before 4:00 am, the car company's number in your confirmation reaches the driver's dispatcher. Requests sent through the website form are received 24/7.
